B. William Sundhu brings exceptional knowledge, skill and wealth of experience, derived from more than 24 years in the trial courts. As a senior litigator, he provides trial and appellate advocacy, in criminal justice, general civil litigation and ADR (arbitration and mediation).

Bill’s interests include writing, sports (hockey, football), music, theatre, gardening, pilates, literature and adventure travel. He speaks 3 languages – English, French (conversational), and Punjabi (spoken). His commitment to civil liberties and human rights has been recognized by admission into the prestigious Masters Programme of Study in International Human Rights Law at Oxford University, which he will undertake in tandem with professional legal practice.
